Reservations made through our website or third-party platforms (including Resy) are subject to availability. By making a reservation, you agree to the following:
• Reservations are for the stated party size and time only.
• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
• We reserve the right to release reserved tables for parties that are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.
• Large party reservations or private event bookings may require a separate agreement or deposit.
3. Online orders and delivery
Online orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats) are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms, in addition to these Terms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure order accuracy; however, menu items are subject to availability and may change without notice.
If you have an issue with an order placed through a third-party platform, please contact that platform directly. For orders or inquiries placed directly with us, please contact us using the information below.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
For dine-in reservations, we do not charge cancellation fees for standard reservations. However, no-shows or late cancellations for large party or private event bookings may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
For online delivery orders, refund and cancellation policies are governed by the applicable delivery platform. We do not issue direct refunds for orders placed through third-party platforms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and menu content, is the property of UT Culinary Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
